NUAST gets Potty for World Book Day
Staff and students were down at the Warner Bros studio for World Book Day (Thursday the 3rd of March). Students were given a tour of the studios which are even now finishing off the latest work in the Potter franchise.
A series of workshop lessons were also provided to help students with their study in English and Media with script writing and film pitching.
Perhaps the most engaging thing the students learnt was about the range of career options from all manner of discipline. The technical animatronics, design and production roles remaining the heart of bringing films like Harry Potter to life.
