Remote Education - NUAST is closed to all students except keyworker students

Following DFE guidance NUAST is closed to all students except keyworker/vulnerable students. (Whole School - 03/01/2021)

Further to the recent Government announcement NUAST will be closed for face to face teaching from the 4th January for a period of two weeks. Keyworker/Vulnerable students can attend from the 5th January and parents of these students should book a place via the weblink sent to parents last week.

We will provide online learning via TEAMs for students in Year11 and 13 from Wednesday 6th January and students should follow their normal lesson timetables. Students who have external examinations during January for Cambridge Nationals and BTEC should attend on their examination dates as normal. Examinations will go ahead as planned.

The DFE have advised that schools should provide online learning to other year groups from Monday 11th January. We are intending to provide teaching at an earlier point than this and will update parents in the next few days.
