GCSE & GCE Exams

Start Date: 08/05/2025 (Modern Foreign Language speaking exams 31/03/25-29/04/25)

End Date: 20/06/2025

Student specific exam timetables will be handed out in the spring term.

There are contingency sessions within the Summer 2025 exam timetable; on the afternoon of 11th June 2025, and all day on 25th June 2025. Students must be available on these dates, even if they do not have an exam.

Examination Certificate collection for summer 2024

Please note certificates from the summer will be available for collection from NUAST around mid- November. Students will be notified by e-mail of dates. All certificates need to be signed for.

You can nominate someone to collect certificates on your behalf.

The nomination must be done in writing and the letter detailing who will be collecting the results should be addressed to Mrs Swift, the Examinations Officer. The person collecting the results needs to bring a copy of the letter with them along with a form of photographic identification (e.g. a driving license or passport).

NUAST are only obliged to keep certificates for one year at which point they will be shredded in accordance with the examination boards guidelines.

Unfortunately, we are not able to distribute certificates by post.
